Warranty

We understand that issues can arise. If your Fox product malfunctions within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we're here to help.


To Submit A Claim

US Customers

  1. Complete the warranty claim form below and include as much detail as possible about the problem including how it occurred.
  2. Include clear photos (clutter-free background) of the issue showing as much detail as possible about the problem.
  3. Include a copy of the purchase receipt.

You'll receive a response within 2-4 business days, and your claim should be resolved within 2-3 weeks.

Please note: Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse aren't covered by our warranty.

International Customers

International customers within Europe, contact customerservice.eu@foxracing.com and those from Costa Rica, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, and Taiwan, contact intlcustomerservice@foxracing.com.

Warranty Policy

Fox products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless specified by local requirements. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damage is caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. Fox makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Fox shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. If you suspect that your Fox product contains a defect, you may send the product to Fox for a warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of purchase. Damaged products covered by the warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable size and style, at Fox’s sole discretion. Damaged products deemed not covered by Fox’s warranty policy will be shipped back to you. Any purchase from an unauthorized vendor voids the warranty. Goods intended for sale internationally are not intended for repurchase within the USA, and the warranty is void.
